Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Expedited International: 5-10 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly indicated and may have minimum purchase requirements or geographic restrictions. Costs can be estimated, based on the shipping category selected, in the range of $5.00-$15.00. Shipping and delivery costs may vary lower or higher depending on various factors and cannot be exactly determined before the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

International Orders

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. Lip and Chin has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or documentation requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Address Requirements: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any required postal codes, phone numbers, or identification numbers required.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the U.S. and do not ship worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (depending on product restrictions)
  • Countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions
  • Regions where our products are prohibited by local law

Some products may have additional shipping restrictions. These will be noted on the product page.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lip and Chin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Carrier Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Customs inspections or delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts when the customer is unavailable
  • Government restrictions or regulations

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Lip and Chin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and being available during the delivery window
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if you believe your package is lost or stolen
  • Checking with neighbors or building management for misdelivered packages

For packages that show no tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us using the form below and we will work with you to investigate.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the form below
  3. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return policy upon receipt.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Incorrect address
  • Customs rejection

We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
