Returns Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  1. General Items:
    1. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
    2. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.
    3. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
  2. Perishable Items: 
    1. Beard care products with expiration dates (wash, conditioner, oil, balm) are eligible for return only if unopened and within 14 days of delivery.
    2. We cannot accept returns of opened perishable items due to health and safety reasons.
  3. Non-Perishable Items: 
    1. Tools made of stainless steel, wood, natural fibers, and EVA cases are eligible for return within 30 days if in new, unused condition.
  4. Kit Products: 
    1. For our 9-product kit, all items must be returned together in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
    2. If any item in the kit has been used or is missing, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the product’s single retail value.

NOTE: Products purchased through certain platforms may require a restocking fee of $15-25.00.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive authorization. Email: returns@lipandchin.com
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided label or your preferred carrier.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  4. The full return and refund process could take up to 14 days.

NOTE: All ‘days’ are business days, Monday through Friday, not including holidays or holiday periods.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  2. In cases of our error or defective products, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

NOTE: For purchases on certain platforms, return shipping might be free.

Exceptions

  1. Perishable items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  2. Items returned in used or damaged condition may be subject to a reduced refund or rejection of the return.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

Extended Return Period

We offer extended return periods for items purchased between November 1 and December 31. These items can be returned until January 31 of the following year.
